GST refunds

A tax pay is eligible to get refund of the GST paid under different scenarios such as Export of Goods or Services, supplies made to units located in Special Economic Zone, Inverted Duty Structure or in case where there is excess payment or wrong payment of tax.

A refund can be filed in accordance with the provisions of the GST in the manner prescribed. The refund application can be filed online by putting and uploading the desired details and documents.
